Side Effects: Common side effects
this cream/lotion include changes in skin color, dry skin, increased acne, mild skin itching and/or irritation, and scarring/thinning of the skin. If you experience

(3) Never use betameth and clotrimazole to treat diaper rash. (4) It may take up to 1 or 2 weeks of using this medicine before your symptoms improve. Talk with your doctor if your groin symptoms do not improve after 1 week, or if your symptoms do not improve after 2 weeks of treatment.
